Siam Sunray | Thailand

Ingredients

 

    • ½ Thai chili pepper
    • 3 thin slices of ginger
    • 1 Kaffir lime leaf
    • 3 thin slivers of lemongrass
    • ½ fl. oz. sugar syrup
    • 3 drops lime juice
    • 1½ fl. oz. vodka
    • 1 fl. oz. coconut liqueur 
    • A splash of soda water
    • Chili pepper to garnish
    •  Lime wedge to garnish
    • Ice

       

      Preparation

       

      1. Crush with meddler the chili, ginger, lime leaf and lemongrass together in a shaker to bring out the flavors.

      2. Add the syrup, lime juice, vodka and coconut liqueur.

      3. Shake, strain into a long glass over ice, top up with soda water, and garnish with a fresh chili pepper and lime.
