- 2 oz. Jamaican Rum
- 3/4 oz. Lime Juice
- 1/2 oz. Triple Sec
- 1/4 oz. Rich Demerara Syrup
- 1/4 oz. almond syrup such as Orgeat
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with crushed ice.
- Shake well.
- Pour (unstrained) into a glass.
- Garnish with a "squeezed" lime half and a sprig of mint.
