Ingredients

 

  • 2 oz. Jamaican Rum
  • 3/4 oz. Lime Juice
  • 1/2 oz. Triple Sec
  • 1/4 oz. Rich Demerara Syrup
  • 1/4 oz. almond syrup such as Orgeat

         

        Preparation

         

            1. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with crushed ice.

            2. Shake well.

            3. Pour (unstrained) into a glass.

            4. Garnish with a "squeezed" lime half and a sprig of mint.
