Ingredients
- ½ Thai chili pepper
- 3 thin slices of ginger
- 1 Kaffir lime leaf
- 3 thin slivers of lemongrass
- ½ fl. oz. sugar syrup
- 3 drops lime juice
- 1½ fl. oz. vodka
- 1 fl. oz. coconut liqueur
- A splash of soda water
- Chili pepper to garnish
- Lime wedge to garnish
- Ice
Preparation
- Crush with meddler the chili, ginger, lime leaf and lemongrass together in a shaker to bring out the flavors.
- Add the syrup, lime juice, vodka and coconut liqueur.
- Shake, strain into a long glass over ice, top up with soda water, and garnish with a fresh chili pepper and lime.
