Unfortunately, the unexpected sometimes happens. If you ever receive an item that is damaged or if you received the wrong item, please notify us immediately. We will work diligently with you to fix the situation by either arranging a return, a replacement, a refund or credit.
Please keep in mind that damaged items must be reported within 7 calendar days of delivery. All damages should be reported to support@mywonderhaus.com along with the order number, and pictures of the damages.
