If you have not received an order confirmation email please contact support@mywonderhaus.com with your order number, billing last name, and email address or zip code.
Unfortunately, the unexpected sometimes happens. If you ever receive an item that is damaged or if you received the wrong item, please notify us immediately. We will work diligently with you to fix the situation by either arranging a return, a replacement, a refund or credit.
Please keep in mind that damaged items must be reported within 7 calendar days of delivery. All damages should be reported to support@mywonderhaus.com along with the order number, and pictures of the damages.
We use a variety of industry-leading courier services such USPS, UPS, and DHL shipping rates and also via Amazon fulfillment services. When you reach the checkout page and enter a shipping address, the different available shipping methods are displayed that are applicable to your order.
All of our bar items are made of premium 304 stainless steel that is completely rust proof when properly taken care of. Easily hand wash each piece or throw your whole set into the dishwasher as our bartending kit is 100% dishwasher safe
